Brief answer.....you need to get your liver and gall bladder evaluated
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Your reports indicate very high levels of GGTP.
High GGTP levels indicate that some liver damage is occuring but it doesn't tell about any specific disease.Higher the GGTP level, higher is damage to liver.
Although there can be various reasons for high GGTP levels like...
Use of drugs like pain killers, acid lowering drugs, barbiturates, anti lipid medicines, antidepressants etc.
Conditions like diabetes,heart failure
Conditions like alcoholic hepatitis or bile duct obstruction etc.
BUT such a high level of GGTP indicates that most likely it is either alcohol induced or there is some bile  duct obstruction.
Levels of SGOT more than double of SGPT also point towards alcohol induced damage ( alcoholic hepatitis)
I would advise you to get an ultrasound abdomen done and consult a gastroenterologist for proper management.
If you are ingesting large amounts of alcohol, then you have to stop it to let your liver recover.
I hope it helps however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
