Brief Answer:
Findings may indicate infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings may indicate infection.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations may include routine hemogram, random blood sugar.
Infection is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells in sample.Infection is also confirmed by presence of bacteria in gram's stain.
You may need culture/sensitivity of sample so that proper antibiotics can be prescribed.
Few epithelial cells are normally found.
