It may be due to causes like infection, early stage of pulmonary edema etc.

Detailed Answer:

Your findings suggests bilateral prominent bronchovascular markings,it may be due to many causes like infection, early stage of pulmonary edema etc.
There is also bulky bilateral pulmonary hila,it may be due to enlarged lymph nodes or enlarged pulmonary arteries.
Since your WBC count is also increased, above findings may be due to infection. However this need clinical correlation.
Patient may need antibiotics.
