What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hi, My wife have recently done Sonosalpingography and the report is as below:
Right ovary measures 4.8 x 3.8 x 2.9cm (Volume: 26.0cc) Showing Polycist pattern
Left ovary measures 4.7 x 3.5 x 2.4cm (Volume: 21.0cc) Showing Polycist pattern
No free fluid in the pelvis
On Sonosalpingography
Bilateral tubal spill is seen
Mild free fluid is note in the pelvis
The endometrial canal appears normal
Impression:
Patent Fallopian tubes
Polycystic ovaries.
Also we have done FSH LH and Prolactin test the results are as given below:
FSH : 6.92
Method: CLIA
LH : 16.65
Method: CLIA
Prolactin: 46.77
Method: CLIA
What does all the above mean. Please give your suggestion as to what should be our next step

Hello Sir, good to talk to you again.
I completely understand the phase you are going through but don't be so anxious about the issue as PCOD is just an incidental finding and ever since her fallopian tubes are patent there are really good chances of pregnancy if pursued in a meticulous way.
Opt for ovulation induction in next cycle and try naturally as we discussed and in case no luck till 3 months then inutero insemination.
In these three months keep taking supplements.
