What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?
Question: hi,
i was trying to become pregnent and already abborted a year ago ctually i used letroz from 3rd day to 7th day and went to a follicular study on 14th day and endom was 15mm and rt follicle was 31X25mm and 30X19mm and lt follicle was 7X5mm i was married for 3yrs am 25yrs old i need a baby very badly what is the actual result please explain me in detail

In my opinion the growth of right follicle is good and ready to ovulate.
The ovulation can be hastened by inj.HCG if not occurred.

3)Do your husband had got any problem?

hello docter actually before my periods are irregular since last augst i was under treatment taken hcg injection as well my husbnds activity was low according to semen analisis he was using androgardian i was 6 feet height nd 85 kgs weight now my periods are very crct with 28 to 30 days please help me out docter

It is good that your height and weight are appropriate and your cycles are regular.
According to your reports the right follicle growth is good and endometrium thickness is also normal.
By the time the follicle attains this size it ruptures naturally and releases ovum.If that doesn't occur HCG injection is given to stimulate rupture and ovulation.
Ovulation occurs usually 24-36 hours after giving of HCG injection.So the participation in intercourse during that time and 12-24 hours after is advised as the lifespan of ovum is 12-24 hours.
Dont worry.You are on correct treatment.
But I feel as you are quite young 25 years of age with regular cycles the natural pregnancy can be tried or else IUI (Intra uterine insemination) is also a good option.
IUI is advised in those with low sperm count or low motile sperms.
The medicines like letraz can be supplemented with IUI for better results.So discuss with your doctor regarding that.
It can be tried upto 4-6 cycles.
Artificial reproductive techniques are the last option.
If your husband is a smoker or alcoholic it might also effect the sperm quality.
Most important thing is avoid stress or anxiety related to pregnancy.Because stress induces hormonal imbalance leading to delayed fertility.
Regular intercourse daily increases the conception chances always.

thank u docter actually my docter asked to take HCG once again after the report that i mentioned above now it was 16th day the report was taken on 14 day can i take it now is it necessary to take that injection once again actually am feeling very much stress i dnt know why i want a baby very badly docter sorry to ask you these many times and thanks alot for ur detailed answers
