Brief Answer:
Initially you may need clinical correlation and conservative treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests mildly enlarged prostate.
Treatment of enlarged prostate is both medical and surgical.
Initially you may need clinical correlation and conservative treatment.
You may need medicines like tamsulosin, finasteride etc.
Surgery is advised in non responding cases.
It is good that PSA level is normal.

You should go for brisk walk regularly and take lot of fibers in your diet to prevent central obesity.

Brief Answer:
Post cholecystectomy status means gall bladder is not present.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Post cholecystectomy status means gall bladder is not present(may be surgically removed due to calculus etc).

Prostate is mildly enlarged with coarse echogenicity means prostate is mildly enlarged in size and its echotexture is heterogeneous(normally it should be homogeneous).Coarse echotexture is a non specific finding and it may be due to many causes like infection, inflammation etc. This need clinical correlation.
As PSA level is normal,it exclude chances of malignancy.
You may need clinical correlation and routine urine RE/ME.

Significant post void means significant volume of residual urine in urinary bladder after urination. It may be due to enlarged prostate.
You may need medicines after clinical evaluation due to this condition.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
