Question: Gud Morning , Iam 45 years of Age and having BP My stress test was positive so i was adviced ct coonary agiography in the report LMCA, LAD, LCX WERE NORMAL BUT IN RCA BOTH PDA AND PLA BRANCHES SHOW POOR CONTRAST OPACIFICATION AND ARE NOT WELL VISUALISED... AND IMPRESSION WAS. DOMINANT RIGHT CORONORY ARTERY SYSTEM, POOR VISUALISATION AND CONTRAST OPACIFICATION OF BOTH PDA AND PLV, FOCAL LUMINAL NARROWING OF THE PROXIMAL SEGMENT OF D1 BRANCH OF LAD, PLEASE EXPLAIN AND ADVICE FUTURE TRATMENT

Though not very clear from impression it looks like you have endothelial function abnormality without any blockages. in that case you need medicines to prevent any further events such as heart attack or heart weakening.
