Brief Answer:
Liquids should be given

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I understand your concern.

Once or twice a day, blood pressure figures may go up or down due to various physiological states such as resting state, standing position, physical activity, psychological stress etc. I would advise her to lie down flat and raise the legs slightly above the body level, for example put two pillows under her legs, and also she should be hydrated. If even after this measure is undertaken, the blood pressure figures remain in these figures (after 15-20 minutes), then I would recommend you to go to the emergency room, where normal saline can be applied intravenously. Symptoms such as dizziness, blurry vision, dark vision and fatigue may be expected in this situation. As I said, such findings may be found at any person during a day.

There are no indications whatsoever that a slightly raised level of TSH may lower the blood pressure. I would suggest you, referring the thyroid profile problems, to also measure her fT3 and fT4, and I assume this has been already done, as you described it "a second panel of thyroid was taken".

I hope this was helpful. I am happy to help, if you have follow-up questions. Please rate the answer, if you do not.

Kind regards,
Dr. Meriton

She has had other wise good health but currently treating gut health issues, solved life long constipation with diet and probiotics over last 3 months,(now 2-4 BM per day soft) but also appears leaky gut issues with frequently swelling stomach with various foods, had a very low carb diet for 3 months.. now on fruits and otherwise balanced diet, no gluten fish chicken for protein...but extremely low energy, only walk short distances, the Full thyroid did cause doctor to ask for followup, I was just concerned for the low BP, but she is resting and has been for 90% of day, had a short walk, bit dizzy..we were waiting for result of further stool test before seeing doc on thyroid issue

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

As I see it, the most important phenomenon at the moment is the low blood pressure. Therefore, measure it again and it probably should be within "better" figures now. Apply the measured I recommended in the original answer. I do not see a connection between these figures and the therapy for the gut problem, nor the thyroid connection with the blood pressure.

I hope this helps. Please close the discussion and rate the answer, if you do not have follow-up questions.

Best regards,
Dr. Meriton
