Brief Answer:
So many causes of unilateral enlargement of tonsil

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query, reports and understand your worry and concern; and I would like to inform that there are so many causes of unilateral enlargement of tonsil. Unilateral tonsillar enlargement may result from infection, chronic inflammatory response, or neoplasm.

But to reach the near diagnosis it is absolute necessary that you may go for the oral examination by the ENT specialist or send me the pic of your left tonsil.

Regards
