Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Please specify what specimen you have given for testing. The results give the information of bacterial infection with klebsiella pneumonia bacteria.
Antibiotic therapy will be needed in this case. I would suggest antibiotics like Levofloxacin or ofloxacin if oral and piperacillin tazobactam if for injecton.
Please describe your clinical symptoms also.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
So it can be most likely Lower respiratory infection or Pneumonia.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
It can be most likely Pneumonia or Lower respiratory tract infection by Klebsiella pneumonia bacteria. As there is no improvement with the antibiotics change to strong antibiotics is necessary. Parenteral antibiotics is preferred in such case. Sputum should be send for test for sensitivity to antibiotics also. Chest x ray should be done to rule out pneumonia (affection of lungs) also.
A consultation with physician preferably chest physician is well appreciated. Hospitalization should be done if necessary for parenteral antibiotic therapy and supportives.

Patients condition is most likely Lower respiratory bacterial infection with klebsiella pneumonia. Chest X ray should be taken to rule out pneumonia.
Change to another sensitive antibiotic is necessary. I would suggest parenteral antibiotics like Piperacillin tazobactam in such case. Hospitalization should be done if necessary for antibiotic injections and supportives. In case of confirmation of pneumonia from chest x ray , x rays should be repeated after antibiotic therapy to see whether pneumonia is resolved.
A review with your physician or chest physician is well appreciated.
