Brief Answer:
Blood sugar levels need to be further titrated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query in detail.

You still seem to have elevated levels of FBS and PPBS.Its advisable to keep FBS under 110 mg% and PPBS under 140 mg%.

I would like to know if you are taking the drug GLYCIPHAGE G1 once or twice a day??.

You may need dose escalation based on your response.

With regards to burning feet, the possibility of diabetic neuropathy is very high.

For, this I prescribe oral pills of MATILDA ER once a day for 6 months to my patients. This pill contains active form of Vitamin B 12 which often gets depleted in diabetic patients.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Awaiting your response for the question I asked with regards to dosing frequency of GLYCIPHAGE G1 to guide you accurately further.

Thank you.
