Brief Answer:
Vitamin D sachets advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen the attached reports and glad to inform you that all the reports are normal except Vitamin D levels which are low.
So take vitamin D sachets of 60,000 units once a week for 6 weeks regularly.
I hope rest all will be fine.
Regards
Dr Manisha

Dear Doctor,
BP was 100/60 two days back and she has gained 2.5 KGs so far in pregnancy. Is this normal and ok? Or she should take some medicine for BP?
Is there an issue with position of placenta? Doctor said that her placenta is lying low as of now and said that it will be checked again in the USG at 19th week. Is there anything to worry for us at this stage in this regard or any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for answering my queries.

Brief Answer:
No active treatment needed
Detailed Answer:
Yes dear, weight gain is alright as real gain starts after 20 weeks only.
No need to take anything for blood pressure and just relax.
Her placenta will move up to original position as is seen in 80-90% of cases so a repeat scan will tell the real status as told by your gynecologist but in case it stays low lying then chances of cesarean delivery increase.
