Brief Answer:
No big issues in your reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I have seen your reports.

In lipid profile, HDL is somewhat low and LDL is somewhat higher than normal. Treatment is not needed for this small variation. Take low calorie diet. Avoid high calorie foods like cream, butter, ghee, sweets, etc. Take regular exercise of atleast 20 min a day and you will be fine.

Urine analysis is normal

Kidney function test is normal

Liver function test is normal

Thyroid profile is normal (T4 is shown to be high in this report but its reference range is 4.6-12)

In blood counts, RBC count is somewhat higher and MCH, MCHC is somewhat lower. It seems to be due to iron deficiency. This can be confirmed by testing serum iron levels.

Overall the report is great and there are no issues.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
You dont need medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

All you need is some iron supplements like syrup dexorange after getting serum iron levels checked.
You don't need medicines for lipid derangement. It can easily be controlled by avoiding high calorie foods like sweets, cream, icecream, cheese, burger, pizza, etc. Regular exercise for 30 min a day will also help to control it.

You can visit an internal medicine specialist in any of following hospitals near Marathahalli:
- Manipal hospital (though little far but is cheap and good)
- Vims or Apollo can also be visited.

Hope it helps.
