Question : Hello Doctor

My brother age 26yrs is having some allergy in hands.. He was asked by doctor for a Test IgE serum.. Please see attached reports for IgE.

Please suggest and advice.

Moisturizer and steroid/ salicylic acid ointment

He has a chronic hand dermatitis.
I suggest him to use an intensive moisturizer e.g Xerina cream Or Amylac cream, twice daily.
In addition he may use a potent steroid + salicylic acid combination ointment e.g Dipsalic F ointment for the patches.
