Brief Answer:
Could be due to Viral infection or vitamin deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for posting your query.

I went through your report and your platelet level is slightly less. A low platelet level can be seen due to simple causes like Viral Infections , Vitamin B12 deficiency to certain serious problems .

As of now I don't suspect any serious problem in you and hence I recommend you to do a repeat Platelet count after 3-4 days and if it is still low then get Serum Vitamin B12 levels and Serum Folate levels tests done and revert back with reports.

In addition your Cholesterol levels are high and I recommend you to use medications for that ( Tab Roseday 10mg every night ) get a prescription from your doctor for this. Also eat low cholesterol diet and do aerobic exercise like Brisk walking, Jogging , Cycling at least 20-30 minutes daily.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Try Cholestyramine.

Detailed Answer:
If statins are not tolerated then I recommend you to use Cholestyramine though it has got some side effects like Nausea, Abdominal discomfort or bloating . But do try this one .

If Cholestyramine also causes significant side effects then you can try Omega 3 fatty acid supplements.

SGOT, SGPT, GGTT elevation is mild and is most likely due to Viral infection or Alcohol intake . Nothing needs to be done for that ( except stop taking Alcohol ) . Do repeat SGPT, SGOT, GGT tests after 2 weeks.
