The report shows polycystic changes in in the right ovary.
This can lead to irregular ovulation , irregular periods and obesity.

Can you check and tell me how big are those cysts and severity of PCOS ?

Multiple small cysts

Hi dear,
The cysts in polycystic ovaries are generally very small, from, 2-12 mm, and are diagnosed by their typical appearance on ultrasound.
Exact measurement of these cyst are not done, as it do not affects the further treatment.
PCOS is a condition which cannot be categorized as mild or severe.
