Brief Answer:
No discoloration of skin seen. Avoid applying any oil over genitalia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.

The attachments sent, show a normal penis without any discoloration.
If you've not seen any redness at any time or had no itching there, don't worry.
If you've been applying the ointment for about 5 days, you may stop it now.
You should check your blood routine and blood sugar.

Diabetics are prone to get such infections and so you need to keep that in mind.
Also, maintain good penile hygiene at all times.
Avoid moisture over the penis.

Hope your doubts are cleared.
Wish you well.

No indication for a circumcision or continuing antibiotic ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

1. There's no indication for a circumcision.
Just maintain good penile hygiene.
2. A course of cefixime for 5 days is enough.
3. There's no indication for applying any ointment.
Your penis looks free of any infection.

Wish you well.
