What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?
Question: I had done full body check up with healthians. report attached. I am a differently abled persons. I have constipation from long time. taking XXXXXXX Arsh kalp wati some time but not getting full relief.
Please check my report and suggest.

Thanks for posting the query,
I have gone through your attached reports,
Globulin Serum :1.92L
SGPT / ALT : 91
Your findings suggests raised ALT.
Increased ALT may indicate liver injury.It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis,alcohol intake,obesity,altered lipid profile,medicines,auto immune causes etc.
You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram,viral markers,ultrasound of abdomen.
I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
You may need few more medicines after full investigations.
I suggest follow up test after 3 months.
TOTAL CHOLESTEROL SERUM: 211H
LDL: 145.60H
Total Cholesterol/HDL Ratio: 4.65H
LDL / HDL Cholesterol Ratio: 3.21
The rise in lipid profile is very borderline, So i do not suggest any medicines for this issue. Just a life style modifications like diet and regular exercise would be sufficient.
You can take Syr. Duphalac 20 ml daily night. for a month.
Increased fluid intake.
Fibril fiber powder 2 spoons every day
Apple cider vinegar always have given good relief in my patients. You can consume 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in a glass of water with honey.
