Brief Answer:
Need some details.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM.Thanks for writing in to us with your health concerns. There can be pain associated with adenomyosis and weight gain due to PCOD.You have not wrtten the size of adenoma .If that is in the report then kindly give the detail in follow up as it is needed to plan further management. It will be very helpful if you are able to upload the report. There is an option to upload the reports and if you are unable to ipload it then you can mail it to the HCM team and write attention to Dr Manisha Jain.

Hi, Thanks for your message. Now, I have attached reports.
Brief Answer:
Precautions advised
Detailed Answer:
I have seen the attached reports and seems that there is nothing to worry about and just relax.
This pain is probably not related to the problems mentioned in report but weight gain itself can cause polycystic ovaries surely.
So try to follow an active lifestyle, avoid high calorie diet and loose weight
For pain in abdomen you need to take some antispasmodic and hopefully it will be fine in a day or two as mostly it is because of upset bowel or gastritis.
Take care
