Brief Answer:
Medications along with lifestyle modifications.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should first go for lifestyle modifications like :-
1. Regular aerobic exercises.
2. Avoid oil rich foods.
3. Avoid excess sweets.
In addition you can start Atorvastatin 10 mg at night for correction of your deranged lipid profile. According to me start with 10 mg of Atorvastatin and repeat Lipid profile after 3 months to see the results and further planning.
I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Please mention the name of the medicines you are taking.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing more information.
I hope your blood pressure and bradycardia are under control with the medications that you are taking. Still I would suggest that you should mention the name of the medicines prescribed by your doctor. Also mention your blood pressure and heart rate readings.
You can start with Atorvastatin as dyslipidemia is one of the cause of hypertension.
I would also advise that you should get your Thyroid profile done.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Regards. Thanks.
