Brief Answer:
Yes he needs a surgery immediately.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through the reports. He is having partial testicular torsion. Testicular torsion is when the testes twists around the spermatic cord leading to obstruction to the blood supply.
I would advice him to get a surgery immediately as it is an emergency condition.
I hope this answered your query.

Thanks for the reply.. please let me know what are the consequences if he dont undergo for surgery.. Can't it be fixed by medicine.. if he has to undergo for surgery is it major or minor one... how many days will he need to recover completely...
Brief Answer:
It is a minor procedure and will recover by 2 weeks.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If he doesn't get a surgery then he will lose his testes leading to infertility. No, it cant be fixed by medicines. Surgery is a must. It is a minor surgery if he gets it done at the earliest.
By 1 to 2 weeks he will be able to do most of the day to day activities except strenuous activities like riding, jogging, lifting heavy weights. He should also avoid straining with bowel movements during the first 2 weeks of the recovery period.
Don't worry the procedure is a minor one and with medicines he will have only minor pain or discomfort.
I hope this answered your query.
