Brief Answer:
Drugs and physiotherapy to be continued

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and reports and understand your concern.
The compression is severe at two disc levels at lumbar spine.
Medical management comprises guided physiotherapy and medications.
Drugs like pregabalin or amitriptyline or gabapentin can be used in increasing doses according to tolerability and effect.
Pain killers like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside can be taken.
Local pain reliever ointment can also be taken.
In unresponsive cases, surgery may be required.
The imaging is showing severe compression and most likely surgery may be required if not getting appropriate response to drugs and physiotherapy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
