BP - 15 Years
• Vegetarian
• Non-smoker
• Non-alcoholic
• Age – 58 Years
• Weight 82 Kg
• Height 175 CM
Medications:-
TAB- GLIMISAVE MV2           1-0-1
INJ - MIXTARD 30/70           40-0-15
INJ-LANTUS                      0-0-12
TAB - ZITEN 20 MG 0-1-0

TAB - TELMED AH 40MG            1-0-0
TAB- TELMED AM 40MG           0-0-1

TAB-ROJAVEL A 10 MG 0-0-1

TAB: A TO Z NS (MULTIVITAMIN) 0-1-0
CAP- GEMCAL                 1-0-0

Good Afternoon sir,

Sir, Apart from the above health issues, presently I am having slight pain on my left "Testicle" (my left hand side) since about a month, though it is tolerable, but I am feeling pain and uncomfortable.

*No swelling
*No Burning
*No cuts/ no reddish

Also I have "Lower Back pain" (my left hand side) ( Lumber Canal Stenosis L-4 & L-5) and I am not under any medication for the same and doing certain exercise as advised by physiotherapist with this exercise back pain is reduced.

Could you please prescribe some medicines for this testicle pain please.

Thanks for query .

I have gone through our previous discussion on this issue where in I have asked you to get few investigations done .

I shall still suggest you to get following two tests done to trace out the cause for Testicular pain
1) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum
2) Color Doppler Study of Scrotum

In the mean while you can take Diclofenac and Serropeptidase twice daily
2) Using Scrotal support will help to reduce pain

Yes sir, you are correct, I have consulted you earlier also, but in between I felt pain reduced, hence I have not taken medicines or tests. Infact again since yesterday I am not feeling pain.

But this time, though I have no pain today, I will go for the test for confirmation and come back to you sir for your kind advise.

Could you please name the tablet with MG for Diclofenac and Serropeptidase, so that it will be easy to buy from medical shop
