Hi Doctor,
I am attaching the doctor prescription which will give you most of the answers. UGI of stomach is attached.Ultrasound was not asked.

Hi, as per the attached prescription, i can see following issues:
1. Bicytopenia
2. Villous atrophy
3. Azotemia
Now, she should get a bone marrow examination for low hemoblobin and platelet count.
For Azotemia that is deranged kidney functions further Ultrasound of kidneys is required to confirm whether this is Chronic Kidney Disease or not.
Your doctor may plan for renal biopsy , if Ultrasound doesn't reveal anything.
