Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The report shows presence of thickened endometrium and a large ovarian cyst which is more than 4cm and would have to be removed to avoid complications of rupture. It is advisable to get an endometrial biopsy done to rule out endometrial cancer as well first and then depending on the report, a possible laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy can be performed alone or if any atypia is seen on histopathology report then a hysterectomy would be necessary. So please get an endometrial biopsy done next.

Detailed Answer:
hello,
You are a case of severe anaemia with possible vit b12 deficiency as levels are borderline low. Also important would be to get iron ferritin levels done to rule out iron deficiency. Thyroid profile is normal.
You need blood transfusions in hospital atleast 3 pints of whole blood.
