What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Question: RBCs : Normocytic normochromic.
WBCs : Normal in number, morphology and distribution. Platelets : Adequate in number.
Haemoparasite : No parasite seen.
IMPRESSION : NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHROMIC BLOOD PICTURE.

What does this mean??

Am also having some bleeding not sure if it’s my periods as I have irregular periods
Last week I had my periods .. after 5 days again the bleeding is started, pls suggest treatment or process to find y this is happening

The blood report (i.e. Normocytic normochromic) is normal. The bleeding can be due to the periods. You can control the bleeding by starting with regular oral contraceptive pills after consulting your gynecologist. You may also wait and see if the bleeding stops in next 1-3 days.

my Urine has RBC 2-6
Pus cels 2-3
Epithelial Cells 6-8

Is this normal ? Or some infection

Am also using herbalLife for weight loss , is my bleeding bcoz of my herbal life

Should I stop using it

I have lost around 3 kg after using this product for 20 days

The urine report is also normal. Sudden weight loss can cause a hormonal disturbance causing irregular periods. In case the bleeding is persistent then do stop having herbal life.

If this is my periods can it be confirmed by ultrascan.. will ultra scan revel the reason for my bleeding , and if bleeding stops , and if ultra scan is normal .. can I continue the Herble life

An ultrasound scan cannot detect any hormonal problem. If the bleeding stops then you can continue with herbal life but persistent weight loss can further affect the hormonal balance.
