I have gone carefully through the mentioned complaints and reports. It seems that you are suffering from gastroesophageal reflux when you take spicy food ike chicken wings. As the stomach acids get secreted (in order to digest the food), the acid regurgitates into the lower portion of the food pipe and causes the discomfort that you are describing.

Coated tongue could occur due to a number of reasons including gastroesophageal reflux and candidiasis. You need to maintain your overall health. Take plenty of colorful fruits and vegetables.

I do not think that this is related to the gall bladder. But if too apprehensive, getting an ultrasonogram done will clarify things.
