Brief Answer:
Albumin levels within safe bounds for all practical purposes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!

1. The Albumin levels that you mention may be slightly on the high side at 2.9mg/dL .
However, this is not high enough to signify kidney disease.

2. You can get a KUB X-Ray (Kidney & Urinary Bladder) or an ultrasound just to feel safe and sound though it probably won't detect any disease process.

3. You have mentioned other health information as regards your weight and blood pressure and the medications that you take. I feel that these are not related nor are they relevant to your albumin levels in anyway.

4. So relax and feel good. However, if you are still concerned, you can feel free to ask me further questions, if necessary,

Be Happy.
