Detail Follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
See first of all get your thyroid profile done and blood pressure checked.
If you accept that you are overweight with unhealthy lifestyle then you should start exercise immediately.
Weight reduction is the key thing in your case.
Once your weight starts dropping down these levels would come to normal.
Don't eat unhealthy. Say strict no to oil and desi ghee. Limit the consumption of potato , rice , sweets.
Since you have family history of cardiac issues you are at high of of getting heart attack if you carry such lipid profile.
In case you smoke don't smoke at all.
As far as medicines are concerned, you should be started on Atorvaststin 20mg a day for around 2 months in view of serious increase in LDL levels
Repeat Fasting Lipid Profile after a month and review with me.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
