Brief Answer:
Slightly elevated triglycerides&LDL-cholesterol/diet&lifestyle changes
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
So far, no report uploaded in this discussion. Anyway, I was looking at the reports you provided in other discussions with other doctors at HCM and I can say as following:
- overall your lipid profile is ok with small changes
- triglycerides levels are slightly elevated together with LDL-cholesterol. These parameters will increase chances for atherosclerosis disease is you do not take action to lower them.
At the moment, the only advice is to implement some changes in your diet and lifestyle regimen:
- eat healthy
- avoid fatty/processed/ sugary foods/drinks
- increase water intake
- do more physical activity
- I always encourage my patients to use herbs that will help improve lipid profile including guggul, garlic, etc.
Hope it was of help!
