Brief Answer:
Weight Reduction is the cornerstone of management in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi .

I understand your query and concern.

Your seem to have normal values of serum Cholesterol,HDL,and LDL.

But Marginally elevated levels of Triglyceride and VLDL.

For your age and height you seem to be overweight. Its always advisable to maintain weight between 60-65 kgs.

Since your ECG is normal ,you need not be much concerned considering your age.

But the risk of heart disease is marginally high in view of abnormal Lipid profile testing.

I also advise you to have 2 dimensional echocardiography of the heart at next visit to your consultant.

Promoting weight loss is important in your case to prevent future cardiovascular diseases.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
