What Does My Lipid Profile Test Report Indicate?

Question: hi ,
I am 31 years old. My last Lipid profile test has very low Triglycerides like 145 and LDL as 66 , but now after 1 year , my total cholesterol is 200, Triglycerides 234, LDL 112, HDL as 42, VLDL as 47 . I am not active from 2 months. May i know is just going back to healthy diet and exercise will fix it or do i need any medications. i am little worried.
