What Does My Lipid Profile Test Report Indicate?

I am 31 years old. My last Lipid profile test has very low Triglycerides like 145 and LDL as 66 , but now after 1 year , my total cholesterol is 200, Triglycerides 234, LDL 112, HDL as 42, VLDL as 47 . I am not active from 2 months. May i know is just going back to healthy diet and exercise will fix it or do i need any medications. i am little worried.
Findings may suggests LDL and cholesterol level is towards upper limit.

Hello,
Thanks for writing to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
Findings may suggests LDL and cholesterol level is towards upper limit.
Triglyceride level is mildly raised.
With these findings,I suggest diet and life style modification.
You may need to increase physical activity and avoid saturated fat.
I suggest to go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fibers in the form of fruits and vegetables.
Cook food in canola or olive oil.
Avoid red meat completely.
You may need to repeat lipid profile after three months.
If findings persists then you may need statins.
Statins helps in lowering lipid level.
