lab reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query

I have the seen the reports furnished by you and here are my interpretations

1. Low Vit d level
2. Dyslipidemia, consisting of high cholesterol and ldl
3. Mild elevated enzyme values of the liver function test

Here is how you should go about it

1. D-rise XXXXXXX of 60,000 units every week for 6 weeks. It has to be taken with milk
2. Tab Atorvastatin 10 mg at night to control cholesterol. before start medications please consult your doctor since these are prescribed medications.
Avoid oily and fried food. Exercise daily for 30 min.
3. Elevated liver enzyme could be due to high cholesterol level.Get an ultrasound of the abdomen done, I would also recommend you to get hepatitis panel checked once

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards

Hello

Thanks for getting back

Here are the lifestyle modifications I am suggesting

1. Make sure to exercise daily. Walking and cycling are the best form of exercise, atleast 30 min a day
2. Avoid smoking and alcohol
3. Avoid food rich in sugar and fat. For example fried pakodas, French fries, sweets
4. Keep your diet full of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Avoid dry fruits like cashew
5. Get Atleast 6 hours of sleep
6. If ultrasound reveals fatty liver then bending exercises should be done to lose abdominal fat
