Brief Answer:
Probably it is due to intense exercise you had at the gym

Detailed Answer:
Hello. I have been through tour question and understand your concern.

Your transaminases (ALT and AST) together with bilirubine are high, but to a moderate level.
While the causes are many, it perfectly fits with your intense exercise you had at the gym. Muscular injury or little damage is frequent at the first stages of exercise, causing these liver enzymes increases and causing this temporary complaints you are explaining.

Anyway, in a week the situation should return to normal values. So, I recommend repeating the test a week later and see if the level is within normal range. If the values persist high you should have a gastro enterological consultation to exclude other causes, which are exceptional in your case.

Meanwhile you should consume a high quantity of water to eliminate these enzymes.
Wish you the best health.
Greetings.
