Brief Answer:
More tests needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
Your SGOT is mildly raised. But your SGPT is significantly raised.
There are many different causes for raised liver enzymes. Fatty liver disease is the most common cause.
Get an ultrasound scan done to rule out fatty liver. Tests for viral infections (Hepatitis A, B, C and E) should be done.
Quit drinking alcohol.
Reduce weight if obese.
These are some of the initial steps you have to take to normalize your liver function.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Hi Dr. R.K.

My height is 180cms and weight is 88kgs. I am working out daily at the gym for past 3 weeks. Before my tests i was on regular consumption of alchohol for 15 days consecutively. Could that be the reason for this. And as per report liver is elongated. For last 3 weeks since I started working out I am on low fats and drinking around 5-6 ltrs of water regular and in form of green tea. Please let me know what all I can do if I plan to take the next test by end of April so that actual report for liver can come. Any suggestions to improve the current condition will be very helpful.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Few tests to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have mentioned about a few tests to be done.
Kindly get it done to know the cause and plan treatment.
Alcohol intake for 15 days may not be the sole cause.
