What Does My Lumbar MRI Report Indicate?

Question: I have something wrong with my entire spine, cervical, thorax, lumbar and sacrum. I am 57, 5'4, 277, with multiple health issues. I have had new issues probably from lumbar issues. My newest lumbar MRI is below, could this affect my right and left legs? Can it affect my right foot and cause uncontrolled bladder?
TECHNIQUE: MR imaging of the lumbar spine was performed with sagittal T1,
T2, STIR; axial T1, T2.
CONTRAST: None.
FINDINGS:
There is normal alignment of the lumbar spine. Vertebral body heights are
maintained. Marrow signal is normal.
The conus medullaris terminates at L1. Signal and caliber of the distal
spinal cord are within normal limits.
The paraspinal soft tissues are within normal limits. Small hemangioma at
L3. Abdominal aorta normal in caliber. No fracture or dislocation.
Lower thoracic spine: No herniation or stenosis.
L1-L2: There is no spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis
L2-L3: Disc bulge. The spinal canal and foramina are patent.
L3-L4: Minimal facet arthropathy. Disc desiccation. Mild left foraminal
disc protrusion. The spinal canal is patent. The foramina are patent
L4-L5: Facet arthropathy. Mild broad-based disc protrusion which extends
into the left neural foramen. The spinal canal is widely patent. There is
mild left foraminal stenosis.
L5-S1: Mild facet arthropathy. Mild central disc protrusion. The spinal
canal is patent. The foramina are patent.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
mild degenerative changes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Your MRI report is suggestive of only mild degenerative changes in the spine that are age related. There is no significant disc protrusion or nerve root compression. The small hemangiomas detected are likely to be asymptomatic and not worrisome.
mild disc protrusion at C6-C7 is also not significant at your age.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Did you review the lumbar MRI?
Brief Answer:
Yes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Yes I have gone through the report. There is only mild left foraminal stenosis at L4-L5. No nerve root compression has been noticed. Without a nerve root compression it is not likely to affect your legs or cause an uncontrolled bladder.
A nerve conduction study can help you in detecting the exact site of nerve affection.
Hope my answer is helpful.
