What Does My Radiology Report Of My Foot Indicate?

Radiology report of left foot
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems that there is bony growth from tarsal (small bone of left foot) bones adjoining distal medial and first cuneiform bone of your left foot and it is projecting between the bases of first and second metatarsal bones. It is quite possible that there was old trauma to left foot and now the ossification of blood.
CT scan of foot as advised will delineate it better.
It is not due to osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis which can affect also tarsal bones and joints.Otherwise other small joints of left foot would have shown some changes.
Please let me know what complaints you have got in your left foot.
Serum uric acid level would be worth evaluating.
Regards
