Hi mam Thanks for your wishes. Mam now if my reports are normal then what may be the cause of my missing periods.am I able to conceive now? I will follow strict diet plan now. We were planning for the last few months. Is age a factor in getting pregnant?

Thanks for writing..

There are multiple cause of missing periods like pregnancy, stress , climatic changes etc.. So get a pregnancy test and if negative, take progesterone for 5 days to get withdrawal bleeding in 7 days..

Yes, more than 35 yrs is associated with problems in pregnancy but 30 yrs is fine..

Once you get periods, get follicular study from day 11 and continue for alternate days to see for signs of ovulation.. This is the time you should have intercourse.. Take folic acid if you are planning to conceive..
