What Does My Scan Report Indicate?

Question: hi i am at 13th week pregnancy,i did my NT scan on 19-12-2014 the report came like this is it fault or any problem.

report :
placenta:" fundo posterior and is of grade 1maturity is seen.lower margin of placenta reaching up to lower uterine segment,suggestive of low lying placenta.distance between lower margin of placenta and internal os is 3 cm."

what is it mean.....
