What Does My Scan Report Indicate?
Question: Hi I'm 13 weeks pregnant now.. I went to my doctor for my first scan thy informed that there is no cardiac activity n baby stopped growing at 9weeks...whether I have to wait for another two weeks r not... I want to know tat my baby heartbeat stopped r didn't start to beat... Reply plz.. My Lmp is Nov 8 2016, I had my intercourse on 28th of Nov..... Clarify my doubt pls....

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns/
If the cardiac activity is absent and the fetal growth is upto 9 weeks at 13 weeks gestation, then it is missed abortion.
The heart would have been there till 9 weeks, as fetal size is of 9 weeks.
The abortion had occured at 9 weeks and therefore, there is no rationale of getting an ultrasound after 2 weeks.
I will suggest you to consult your OBGYN and get surgical or medical abortion done.
