I understand your concern..

The image you have uploaded is not very clear.. One image which you uploaded is 7 weeks scan in which placenta has not appeared.. I require a recent clear scan to locate the placenta..

Actually you need not worry about the location of placenta at this time.. Whether it is left or right lateral doesnot make any difference in the growth of the baby.. Only impact is if it is a low lying placenta covering the os.. In that case, there is a chance of bleeding so you need to take rest.. Otherwise the position of the placenta is not very significant..
