Brief Answer:
Within normal range
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your seminal analysis report, all parameters are within normal range.
Sperm count above 20 millions/ml, can be considered normal.
Overall motility around 50% can be considered as normal.
Sometimes sperms without tail can be wrongly counted as pus cells.
Other parameters are also within normal limits.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the response, please give your opinion at the end of the discussion.
Take care.

How to calculate overall motality
Also, also in report comments section it was mentioned as Lycocytaspermia? Can that be due to high pus cells.
Do I need to take some medicine?

Brief Answer:
Progressive motility is more important
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Overall motility is percentage of swimming sperms.
Progressive motility is more important than overall motility.
Progressive motility should be more 32%.
Leucocytospermia means presence of pus cells in the semen.
That may indicate possible infection.
But as I told previously sometimes tail less sperms can also be counted as pus cells.
So, if your doctor suggests, you can go for a course of antibiotics to treat the infection.
Take care.
