Brief Answer:
Oligospermia
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
1. You sperm count is very low leading to oligospermia.
2. Morphology is also very poor and many abnormal sperms.
3. Such semen sample is difficult to improve.
4. Continue the tablet your doctor has prescribed. It is helpful.
5. But if you don't see any improvement after 3 months you need to go for ICSI treatment for pregnancy.
