This is good. It may not be the perfect because of the low percentage with normal morphology but this is largely sufficient for procreation. I would not be surprised if a control shows a percentage in the normal range.

i have everything okay but i am planning to have a baby from last 2 month but wife not falling pregnant is there any particular food or medicine eg. vitamins protein minerals to increase healthy semen thanks

2 months is such a short time. You need at least 1 year without success before we can consider that there is a problem. pregnancy is really a game of luck and the more you try, the higher the chances.

Eat healthy, eats enough fruits and vegetables, exercise often and these would be helpful. If you drink, keep your consumption at a minimum value. If you smoke, STOP. Above all, keep a positive attitude and be happy.
