What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
Question: Dear sir,
Initialy I had history of azoospermia but my last two semen analysis they have seen some normal sperms.
The first one of one month they have seen some healthy living sperm.
The last one semen analysis of yesterday they have seen some normal dead sperms.
Could you please advise what causes that?
Is there any relationship between this and maturation arrest?
Please advise

I understand your concerns.
It is strange to see different contradictions in semen analysis report.
Maturation arrest is a possibility if sperms are immature on examination. Some samples may have given this result.
I request you to scan and attach the semen analysis copies so that i can advice you further seeing the reports.
