Question: hi, I have test my semen 2 months ago...The reoprt shows mythat my LIQUEFICATION is 55 mints. and pH is 8.5...How can I improve??

The liquefaction time is 55 minutes which is more than normal limits of 30-45 minutes .This could be mostly due to infection .However I could be able to make precise comments on going through complete report of your semen analysis .

You have infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .

Thanks for uploading semen report .

The presence of 2-5 pus cells and raised liquefaction time suggest infection of either Seminal vesicle or Prostate and needs to be treated with Doxicycline twice daily for 4-6 weeks .

Repeat Semen analysis after completing the course of antibiotics .

Thanks for folow up .It can be cured with antibiotics I have suggested in my earlier reply .

Take it for 4-6 weeks and repeat semen analysis after 6 weeks .

Since rest of the parameters of semen are normal there is no reason why you should not impregnate your wife .

Thank you Sir...I have 1 more question....during our INTERCOURSE after EJACULATION when my PENIS comes out from VAGINA some SEMEN also come out from VAGINA immedietly....Why it happens?? Is it normal or something wrong?? How can I know if SEMEN enters into her FALLOPIAN TUBE or not?? PLEASE SUGGEST ME.....THANKS

It is excessive vaginal fluid that drains out of vagina and is not to be worried about .She has to lie down in bed for 30 minutes post intercourse .

Thee is no test that can confirm whether s[erms have entered into Fallopian tube or not .
The resulting pregnancy is the confirmation .
