Physical Examination:: Qty-2Ml,Appearance-White, Viscosity-Normal, pH-Not mentioned, Liquification time-25 mins, Agglutination-Not mentioned
Microscopic Examination: Total sperm count-25 million/ml, Total Motility-60, Grade I-10, Grade-II=10, Grade-III-20 and Grade IV-40, Morphologically Normal-40, Epithelial Cells-07-08 /hpf, Pus Cells-08-10/hpf,RBC's-Nil.

Is it essential ? i'm just asking, what kind of infection it may be ? Please guide. In semen analysis count and other thing is normal as you said what does it mean. Is it closure to minimum range or maximum range or in between range. Please explain Sir in detail. Thanks

Sorry for delayed response. It is not much essential but we can identify the bacteria which has causes infection as well as the drug which can be used. You must go for that before taking any kind of anti biotics.
All parameters in semen analysis are in normal range and so what more than the minimum. It suggests you can be father without any problem.
Infection as per presence of pus cells is moderate and likely prostate infection. It can be cured with medicines.
