Hello
Thanks for query .Based on the report of your semen analysis that you have uploaded it reveals normal sperm count however the percentage of rapid progressive sperms which are vital to effect pregnancy is almost nil what is called as Asthenospermia .

Rest of the parameters like sperm count ,morphology of sperms ,reaction etc are well withing acceptable range as per WHO standards .

Following general measures will help to improve count of rapid progressive sperms 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..

Repeat your semen analysis after 2 months.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

I have trying for baby from last 2 years with no success. This is the 3rd time i did the semen analysis. In all the test my Rapid progressive sperms was NIL. Do you think that this can be a condition? Is it curable by your suggested Methods? In XXXXXXX 2017 i had done a test in which my count was 64 Mil/ml but the Rapid Progressive Sperms where still NIL. Can this be cured? or I should try alternative methods of pregnancy? I wish to have my baby naturally. Also would like let you know on below few points. I had done excessive and regular masturbation . Until recently it was 2 times a day. Also I had subjected my self to excessive alcoholism.I had smoked for many years but have quit smoking from past 5-6 years. Now I drink once in a month but i drink excessively. around 6 large pegs. Please suggest if my Rapid Linear Progressive Sperm can still be cured. IT has being consistently ZERO

Brief Answer:
Excessive mastrubation does not cause Asthenospermia .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.

Truly speaking there are no medications that can cure Asthenospermia .

The general measures that have suggested do help to improve this condition in some patients .

I would suggest you to consult qualified Infertility Specialist to explore the possibility of pregnancy with the help of newly assisted reproductive techniques like VIF or ICSI .

Thanks and Regards.
Dr.Patil.
