What does following semen analysis indicate

Reaction:Alkaline
Liquification time:30 min
Total count:0000 /ml
Actively Motile:40%
Sluggishly motile:1%
Non Motile:59%
Pus cells:01-02HPF
EP Cells:Ocassional
Fructose:Positive

Your sperm count is too low at only 3 million per ml.

Pleasw scan and attach the copy of semen analysis report so that I can confirm your report shows such low count.

Hi,

Your sperm count is very low. You will need treatment.

Before that I want you to repeat the semen analysis in a different standard laboratory to confirm if its very low before starting treatment.

Treatment can be taken only after confirmation of low sperm count in a different stand laboratory.

Please send me the repeat semen analysis report for Further advice.
