Your semen analysis findings may indicate semen infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Your semen analysis findings may indicate semen infection with excess abnormal morphology of sperms.
Infection is indicated due to presence of few leukocytes in semen.Normally semen shouldn't contain any leukocyte.
You may need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, semen culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of scrotum.
You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
Normal morphology sperms are also decreased. At least 16 % sperms should have normal morphology.Your findings suggests 2-3 % normal sperms.
Liquefaction time is also increased,it may be due to infection.
Motility is also borderline low.Active motility should be at least 55 %.
Sperm count is normal. It should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Your wife also need proper evaluation and treatment as both fallopian tubes are blocked.
Fertility is expected to increase with control of infection. If infertility persists then you may need assisted fertilization techniques.
Get well soon.
